I stayed in Hilton Colombo for 3d2n. Hotel is pretty nice and clean, staffs were super helpful since I came at the first time. Quick check in and someone offered me a welcome drink which I felt impressed. There was a big problem when our keycard room was not working, but our bellboy quickly run and settled everything within a few minutes. We enjoyed the lounge for some drinks and dinner, so far the best service comes from all the lounge staffs so mostly we spent our time there. We tried the buffet lunch as well, it was pretty good eventho they could improve better as some food was not hot enough, but no complaint about the taste. And finally we had dinner in Emperor’s Wok on Sunday 28th April. I came a bit late around 9:30PM and I’m sad for the welcoming part, the hostess was super rude as she couldn’t greet me nicely. When i asked whether i can dine in she asked instead ‘have you made reservation before’ without any smile. Then I explained that I am in-house guest. Maybe I am just Asian and I was using slipper that’s why I looked poor lol:( but two waiters were very nice, sadly I couldn’t recall their names. Food is incredible, I can assure you. Service also fast and polite, I totally enjoyed it. We just had quick dinner and asked for the bill after, and then again with the same hostess she just looked at me like I’m mosquito which needs to get away from me, without any bid farewell literally just looking not even smile. I hope the hostess should be able to improve herself as hostess is the heart of the restaurant, the first impression comes from whoever meet the guest at the first time. I hope you will treat equally all the guest in the future, do not look at them regardless their nationalities. If our dresscode is not proper you could tell me as well so I can change from the room. This experience makes me rate 3star, the rest are amazing. Keep all the good work!

I had the most delightful experience at the hotel during my recent stay. The front office staff was truly amazing - they were welcoming, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure my family and I had a comfortable stay. Additionally, I must commend the team from the food and beverage department. They were exceptionally professional and well-trained, providing top-notch service throughout our dining experiences. Not only did they cater to our needs flawlessly, but they also surprised my son with a small elephant token, which he absolutely adored. Overall, the hotel staff, both from the front office and the food and beverage team, displayed genuine hospitality and made us feel right at home. Their attention to detail and personalized gestures truly enhanced our stay, leaving us with wonderful memories. Thank you for taking such good care of us!

I had the pleasure of attending a recent wedding at the Hilton Colombo, Sri Lanka and am thankful to the hotel for hosting an event that the Bride and Groom cum all the attendees enjoyed. The hotel staff was supportive and ensured that the arrangements were in place from table arrangements to organizing the buffet at the corridor adjacent to the hall, which was well handled as this is challenging due to the fact that this is a common passage of entry into the hotel from the car park and the Galle Road and those who are non - invitees walk into the hotel through this corridor to access the main lobby and restaurants, and and any hassle or disturbance was kept to the minimum with the invitees in queue for serving the food, and the rest of the aisle kept for the common walk. The toilets were regularly cleaned and the food was of taste and replenished at intervals too. Valet parking was available and the totality of experience was great.
